VervLife is an established, specialist Build-to-Rent (BTR), Co-Living, and Single Family Rental (SFR) operator with credible experience and in-house expertise across the full lifecycle of residential asset development and operation, including advice on site acquisition, design, branding, marketing, lettings, and operational management.

A MORE CONSCIOUS APPROACH
Resident wellbeing, sustainability, and social value are baked into our approach to managing rental communities; from energy procurement, cultural programming, resident experience, and service partner selection.
For example, we’ve entered into an agreement with a provider who supplies green energy only. 100% of their electricity is backed by REGO (Renewable Energy Guarantees of Origin) certificates, and gas is 100% carbon offset.
We’re also the first BTR and Co-Living manager to contribute to and adhere to the Immune Building Standard, and we’re the first residential operator to achieve B Corp pending status.

A Specialist BTR Technology Stack
As a BTR, SFR, and Co-Living only manager, we’ve focused on developing a technology stack that is perfect for operating and reporting on our clients’ investments. This includes our bespoke resident app and portal, VERVO. Our client reporting is also fully flexible, allowing our clients to view and analyze the information they need, in the format they want, when they need it.
Our community, customer, and visitor app provides residents with instant, convenient access to key services and communications with the on-site management. Our residents’ app is also available as a desktop portal, called VERVO.
The app supports a frictionless, intuitive, and compelling user journey. Deployment is bespoke to individual schemes, including branding, and different amenity spaces and blends of communal space, providing a leading-edge customer experience at sites managed by VervLife.
