From a creative communications, brand, placemaking and experience background, Brent began his career in creative agencies before moving into the property sector with JLL, where he was a Director.

He is passionate about understanding the rapidly changing media and communications landscape, harnessing new technologies and connecting people with the destinations where they live, work and spend leisure time. He has worked internationally to lead projects for the biggest names in the residential property, brand and occupier space.

In 2019 Brent also co-launched a sustainable electronics e-commerce business.

Martin is an Engineer by profession and has over 20 years’ experience in rental accommodation. He has built strong relationships focusing on delivering results for investors and working closely with his clients on long-term partnerships. He is also the CEO of one of the UK’s largest student accommodation operator, Homes for Students.

Kelly holds a degree in Property Law and Real Estate Development and is a Chartered Management Surveyor. After her former career in hospitality and asset management Kelly spent 9 years with the Berkeley Group in various positions, rising early on to Operations Director where she played a principal role in the development of sector leading approaches to estate management, design for management, mobilisation, health & safety, and global customer experience across a prestigious mixed-use portfolio.
